U2 to Sell 360° Tour ‘Claws’

U2 will perform their final 360° Tour show on July 30, but the band’s famously high-tech stage structure, “The Claw,” will live on. As reported by Billboard.com , U2’s management plans to sell three of the four alien-like behemoths, which will then be installed as permanent venues. “It’s certainly our intention to see these things recycled into permanent and usable ventures,” U2 tour director Craig Evans told Billboard.biz

It is the first we have heard from Dream Theater’s upcoming album, A Dramatic Turn Of Events , which comes out on September 13th, and the nearly nine-minute song is fittingly epic for a Dream Theater album opener. As it should, “On The Backs Of Angels” features plenty of heavy riffage from axe-man John Petrucci and flying synth sounds from keyboardist Jordan Rudess.
